MALFORMED TOES AND CORNS
Hammer toes describes one shape the toes may make when the joints are contracted and deformed. Other shapes of deformed toes are known as claw toes and mallet toes.
Corns may need to be addressed surgically, either to reduce the size of the thickened skin or to address the underlying deformity of the toe.
